Pam Sessions, Director
Director, Pam Sessions, began working at Applegate Place in May 2016, bringing with her over 5 years of healthcare experience. Pam says that when she began working with seniors in the health care field, she knew it was meant to be. Over the last several years, Pam has worked as a Medication Aid and Resident Care Coordinator, and most recently earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
When given the chance, Pam likes to tell visitors that she loves working at Applegate Place because she gets to be a part of the residents’ lives – especially for those who may not have family around.
“Each person that I have had the honor of caring for and interacting with holds a special place in my heart and I have learned from each of them. At the end of the day not only do I get to be a part of enriching their lives and sharing in their laughter and tears, they enrich mine.”
Brandi Miller, RN
Brandi has worked as a Registered Nurse since 2008, beginning her career in adult critical care in a surgical intensive care unit. She also worked as a PRN at a surgical rehabilitation center for 4 years, and it was there that Brandi realized her passion for caring for the elderly.
A relocation took her from Texas to New Mexico and back to Texas. Through that experience, Brandi gained a lot of experience working in ERs, ICUs, Obstetrics, Nursery and Long term care. After visiting for a family member’s wedding, Brandi and her husband fell in love with Oregon and decided this is where they wanted to live. Brandi joined our team at Applegate Place Assisted Living in July 2020.
Brandi says, “A consistent joy for me is working with the older generation. To talk to them, hear their stories, and care for them makes my job very rewarding.”
